Overview
The students distribute a fictional budget of €1 million to EU regional policy projects until all group members are satisfied with the distribution. First, the money is distributed from their own perspective. How the money is distributed can be decided independently: All of the money can be used for one or a few projects, or distributed across all projects.
In a second round, roles are allocated and the negotiations on the distribution of the money take place again. What has changed? Whose interests are weighted and how?
